The Anchors

The PX and Commissary are well-established, sustainable anchors – both with a long history of success dating back to the late 1800’s.

The PX sells tax-free goods.

The Commissary sells groceries at cost, plus a 5% surcharge.

Freedom Crossing will also feature an entertainment anchor, a 30,000 square foot, multi-screen, first-run movie theater.

In 2008, sales at both the PX and Commissary exceeded $50 Million each. Both anchors are projected to grow to $90 Million each in the next three years.
